Immaculate Conception Church is always looking for volunteers to help with the upkeep of our parish. Help is currently needed in the following areas:
     - Assistance with administrative tasks
     - Snow removal
     - Cleaning
     - Housekeeping
     - Soup kitchen 
Whatever your ability and availability, your assistance is appreciated!  To volunteer in the areas listed above, all volunteers 18 and older must pass a background check administered by the Diocese of Fairbanks and complete an online training module called "Serving Vulnerable Populations for Volunteers." 

If this is your fist time volunteering for us, click on the "Safe Environment Training" link below.  Next, click on the "Create a New Account" button and fill out the background check form.  Once this is completed, you will be directed back to the training website where you can access the training module previously mentioned. 

Once you have completed the training, passed the test, and the background check has cleared, you will be issued a certificate of completion that will permit you to volunteer anywhere in the Diocese of Fairbanks for the next five years.  If you have any issues, contact the main office at [email protected] or the soup kitchen at [email protected].

IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE TRAINING, PLEASE LET US KNOW!!!  We do not wish to unnecessarily prevent anyone from being able to volunteer for us, but we cannot help you unless you tell us troubles with the training.
